The first treatment involves an explorative massage to establish areas of concern and rule out any other conditions that may present itself. Each treatment will be followed by a series of stretches which will be relevant to the area treated, followed by another assessment, which will then be recorded to see the improvement of the treatment.
At the end of the first treatment, each person will be given a tailored stretching routine specific to the area of concern. This routine is given and used for after care, which must be practiced between treatments to help assist with your recovery. The stretching routine will be revised every 4 weeks, with new routines being produced when needed.
Once everything is improved a 4-6 weekly maintenance treatment is required to prevent reoccurrence.
What to bring
- Any current radiology images i.e. x-rays, MRI or ultrasounds.
- It is ideal to come in comfortable clothing for the stretches after the treatment, but not a must.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is used to optimise the athlete’s performance: Competition, Pre & Post Event and During Training. The aim of sport massage is to help Athletes who want to reach a level of performance slightly beyond that which they may at present be capable of achieving. Athletes strive to “Be better not normal”.
In an athletes efforts for enhanced performance there is always a risk of injury. Therefore our primary concern is to prevent injury. With regular treatments, higher levels of performance can be sustained without incurring any injuries.

Relaxation
Reduces stress, improves circulation through out the body, and helps the muscles to relax. It allows our minds and bodies to recharge and rejuvenate, bringing the body back to balance by releasing negative energies that we face every day.

Tui na
This type of massage is a basic form of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It uses a form of acupressure points, which improves one’s Constitution, improves the flow of your Qi and balances the Ying and Yang. Please note this type of treatment is fully clothed, and minimal oil is used.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscle and joints. It’s a popular complementary therapy during pregnancy for back pain, when choices for pain relief, such as medication are often limited. Not only can massage be physically beneficial but the human touch can be comforting and provide emotional support during pregnancy.
