IN one word FUN! Oh and best I warn you up front….Pol-rise Dance Fitness is very addictive. From your very first class we will have you laughing, sweating, sliding, spinning, dancing like never before.

Pol-arise Dance is Pole Dancing.
Classes run for 1 hour which includes a warm up, strengthening segment and cool down.
Each class will also include a small routine sequence for you to dance to.

"What do i need to bring?"
- Enthusiasm a must
- Hand towel
- Water Bottle
"What should i wear?"
- Whatever you feel comfortable in to begin
- No jewellery No zippers No moisturizers No fake tan (this is for your safety and preservation of the poles)
- Bring along a pair of shorts
- Bare feet or High Heels
