Our Yoga classes range from beginners through to advanced. Each class will begin with a very light series of Yoga Asansas (poses) moving into a stronger sequence and ending with a guided relaxation or silent reflection.

What to wear
- Comfortable loose clothing, which will allow for free movement of the body
- Preferably layers – eg singlet and a long sleeves top as body temperature changes throughout the class
- Blanket in winter
- Bare feet
